Former Tigers, Dodgers player Kirk Gibson has Parkinson's disease

Kirk Gibson has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, the former Detroit Tigers outfielder and 1988 NL MVP with the Los Angeles Dodgers, said Tuesday.
