Health Canada requires doctor to sign confidentiality agreement to see drug data
Health Canada refuses to allow a doctor to talk about what he learned after reading unpublished clinical trial data for a popular morning sickness drug. Health Canada has also threatened legal action if the doctor reveals "confidential business information."
