The season is over for Blue Jays relief pitcher Brett Cecil, who has a torn left calf muscle. Cecil, who was hurt while tagging out Mike Napoli in a rundown than ended the eighth inning of Toronto's 6-4 loss to Texas on Friday, won't need surgery.
