Blue Jays acquire Jesse Chavez from A's in exchange for Liam Hendriks

The Toronto Blue Jays have required some pitching depth for their starting rotation, acquiring right-hander Jesse Chavez from Oakland in exchange for right-hander Liam Hendriks.
