Wade Boggs to have No. 26 retired by Red Sox on May 26

The Boston Red Sox on Monday said they would retire the number of the Hall of Fame third baseman Wade Boggs during a ceremony at Fenway Park on May 26, when the number will be added to the ballpark's right-field facade.
