Physician-assisted suicide granted to Calgary woman in Canadian 1st outside Quebec

In what could be a precedent, a retired Calgary psychologist in the final stages of ALS is believed to be the first person in Canada, outside of Quebec, to be allowed to legally end her life with help from a doctor.
