Biyombo's playoff suspension costs him Magic's opener

Orlando Magic's Bismack Biyombo is suspended by the NBA for Wednesday night's season opener against Miami because the centre exceeded the flagrant foul limit during last season's playoffs when he was with the Toronto Raptors.
