Tim Raines: Hall of Famer 'one of the greatest leadoff hitters'

Former left-fielder Tim Raines on Wednesday became the third Montreal Expos player voted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame, appearing on 86 per cent of the 442 ballots cast.
