Casey mum on potential benching of Raptors' Carroll, Valanciunas

Changes to the Toronto Raptors' starting lineup could be coming for Game 2. However, coach Dwane Casey denied a report that Norman Powell and Jakob Poeltl would start over DeMarre Carroll and Jonas Valanciunas Wednesday night at Cleveland.
